Our first initiative, for that matter, was in 1996 as we took the opportunity to gain a remarkable market share in Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan as the sole distributor of TOTAL lubricants. Since then we have the exclusive distribution rights of TOTAL for marketing their lubricants in both countries. Kefayat has earned this tremendous success due to its great ingenuity and marvelous corporate management strategies.

After the fall of Taliban Regime in 2001, our company also ventured into the Afghan Market with the ELF lubricants. In 2003, Kefayat was awarded distribution rights for marketing ELF lubricants in Afghanistan. In four years of time, ELF lubricants have become a very well known brand in the country. We have established such an excellent distribution network that paid back so well in terms of market share and brand publicity. ELF is now largest brand amongst all lubricants that are imported to the country.

TOTAL is a corporation that adopts the slogan our energy is your energy and tries to meet the humankinds energy requirements through innovative actions. It is a pleasure for us to work with such a company and to reach out places where there was no sufficient energy source before. With the exclusive distributorship agreement we signed with TOTAL we are able to bring lubricants to Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Lubricants are a part of the downstream segment of the TOTALs businesses together with the Elf brand.
